Storytime at The Story Nook is a magical weekly tradition held every Saturday at 10:30 AM, perfect for your littlest ones, young readers and families. This cozy and interactive event brings stories to life in a warm, welcoming environment that inspires a love for books and imagination.

What to Expect

Captivating Read-Alouds

Each session features a selection of beloved classics, new releases, and themed tales that capture the attention of children of all ages. 

Community Connection

A chance for families to connect, kids to make friends, and everyone to share in the joy of storytelling.

Cost:  FREE, but space is limited- early arrival is recommended! 

(Although our story times are complementary, please support us by building your child's library one book at a time.)

The cozy storytime rug of The Story Nook, with comfy seating and cushions.

Hi, I'm Emily Steele, the proud owner of The Story Nook, a children's bookshop where stories come to life! As a lifelong book lover and creative soul, owning a bookshop has always been my dream. I'm passionate about Jesus, art, books, all things creative, and family, and I love sharing that passion with my community. When I'm not at the shop creating, I'm spending my time with my husband and four kids and exploring the beautiful prairie or traveling, finding inspiration in everyday moments. And yes, I absolutely adore the movie You've Got Mail- because who doesn't love a good bookstore love story?
