You’ve played Clue around the table…but what if YOU got to step inside the game?! 👀

For one night, The Story Nook will become a GIANT, real-life game of Clue!

At the beginning of the night, three secret cards will be sealed inside the mystery envelope — one character, one room, and one mystery object.

The rest of the clues? Hidden throughout the bookstore! 🔎

Each kid will become one of our mystery characters, grab a detective sheet, and start investigating! They’ll explore the different “rooms” of The Story Nook, hunt for hidden clues, cross possibilities off their list, compare notes with other detectives, and try to figure out the answer before anyone else does.

Costumes are welcome but not required! We’ll have a collection of fun vintage-inspired hats, gloves and accessories kids can borrow to help them get into character.

Expect mystery, secret clues, a little October spookiness (nothing scary!), snacks & drinks, lots of laughs, and some VERY serious detective work. 🕵️‍♀️🕵️

Space will be VERY limited so every detective gets to be part of the action. Payment is required to reserve your spot.

No scripts to memorize and no acting experience needed — just bring your best detective skills!
